A native son of Hialeah and Little Havana, he grew up immersed in his Cuban exile family's traditions, learning firsthand the power of food to bring people together. His formal training in Miami's most celebrated kitchens honed a sophisticated technical skillset that he blends with the heartfelt, communal spirit of his upbringing—a fusion that defines the entire group.

This philosophy has propelled Ariete Hospitality Group to the forefront of Miami's dining scene. The flagship, Ariete, celebrated for its Latin-infused New American cuisine, has held a Michelin Star consecutively from 2022 through 2026. The diverse portfolio ranges from the Cuban-American nostalgia of Chug's Diner (a Michelin Bib Gourmand honoree 2022-2026) and the refined Brasserie Laurel to spirited gathering places like The Gibson Room, The Taurus, The Scapegoat, and El Vecino Cigars & Cocktails. The fast-casual Chuggie's taps into childhood nostalgia with a Miami twist, reimagining classics like the Cuban-inspired Frita.

Chef Beltran's work has earned national recognition, including being named a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: South multiple years and receiving StarChefs' Rising Star honors.
